How to Find Your Microsoft Certification Transcript URL

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access Microsoft Learn
Visit Microsoft Learn and sign in with your Microsoft account.
2. Navigate to Your Profile
Click on your profile picture (photo avatar) in the top right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
3. Access Your Transcript
In the profile menu, select "Transcript". Your transcript will display all your successfully completed certifications and modules.
4. Generate and Copy the Share Link
On your transcript page:
- Click on "Share link" to generate an online link to your transcript
- Copy the generated URL - this is what you'll use in Showcase
- The URL should look similar to: https://learn.microsoft.com/api/credentials/share/[your-id]/[transcript-id]
Important Notes
- Make sure your transcript is set to "Public" before copying the URL
- For educational institutions, transcripts must be shared via Credly
5. Use the URL in Showcase
Return to the Showcase homepage and paste your transcript URL in the input field. Click "Generate Dashboard" to view your personalized certification dashboard.
